Brooks Headshot.jpg

Brooks Hanewich

Over the past 15 years Brooks dedicated himself to the work of rebuilding inequitable systems that leave certain demographic populations isolated, marginalized, and without access to important resources vital to living successfully (pulled from this definition of CED). Did you find that sentence full of jargon and had to re-read it to understand what it says? Yes? Well then welcome to the world of the social economy.. Consider yourself knighted into this world.

In all seriousness though, Brooks has worked in the sector of making our community systems more equitable for everyone. He has focused his time on economic and workforce development, social innovation, and social enterprise. He’s excited to create an ecosystem that can support all those with big ambitions to make the world a better place.
